**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Operating as a part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth, the Catholic Development Fund (CDF) was established in 1974 to enable church organisations to make the most of their financial resources and help fund growth. Today the CDF extends loans to fund new facilities or refurbish existing buildings for education, worship, and other needs of the Church. The Catholic Development Fund, the Office of the Archbishop and the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth Administration Centre (CAPAC), are located at Griver House, 249 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven person to join a small team on a full-time basis and contribute to the rewarding work of the CDF. As a Client Services Officer (CSO), you will work in a small and enthusiastic team, report to the CDF Manager and contribute to the rewarding work of the Catholic Development Funds.

The key responsibilities include:

- Utilise the ULTRACS banking system for all electronic banking, including the day-to-day interaction between the CDF and its bankers
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve errors and discrepancies in nominated accounts
- Maintain records in the CDF core banking system, processing related transactions, corresponding with customers and filling all relevant documentation
- Process government low-interest loan repayments, reconciling nominated accounts, ordering, receipt and despatch of cheque and deposit books
- Complete annual audit confirmation certificates as requested by customers
- Support other CSOs in the day-to-day workflow as required
- Utilise and maintain NAB Connect, NAB FlexiPurchase and NAB Transact web-based systems.
- Act as a cashier on a rotational basis
- Work in a consultative and collaborative relationship with CDF colleagues, clients, service providers and other key stakeholders
- Handle general and ad-hoc duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Have**:_
- +3 years of experience in a similar organisation and/or credit union/banking industry
- Proficient use of business-related software (including client databases, core banking system and internet banking system)
- Sound experience with the ULTRACS software system (desirable but not essential)
- Advanced IT skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Generic understanding of accounting and journaling
- Willingness to learn
- Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude, strong worth ethic, and a meticulous work habit
- National Police Clearance
- Current Driver’s License
