Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous, driven, and passionate customer service individual to be a Clinic Co-Ordinator at our Albany Plaza hearing clinic, full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). If you enjoy helping people and improving their hearing and quality of life, keep reading This role is vital in contributing to clinic performance and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes and learn about our products, services, and funding programs. Using this knowledge, you will apply tailored sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best solutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health
  • Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for clients
  • Willingness to support nearby clinics
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
  • Advanced computer literacy
