**Your Impact**

As the Production Team Leader within the Packaging Department, you will provide leadership and guidance to a small crew to ensure we deliver on our vision to bring enjoyment and connection to everyday moments in life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide input into and promote health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality standards, as required
- Manage day-to-day production to achieve performance targets/KPIs
- Coordinate maintenance of plant and equipment to optimise plant performance and mitigate downtime
- Use problem solving tools (such as 5 WHYs) to improve processes and correct deviations
- Lead established crew routines, ensuring production schedule is effectively communicated and any issues or support required are escalated in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to crew members for standard operating procedures
- Monitor team and individual performance (including attendance) and conduct and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise
- Management of team shift handover and facilitate daily shift team production meetings
- Facilitate effective teamwork through role allocation, tracking and conflict resolution

**About You**
- A self starter with a drive to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Minimum 2 years in leadership positions in FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics Operations
- A strong Safety and Quality mindset with experience in HSE leadership and an understanding of Quality principles
- Adaptable and comfortable with leading and influencing change in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in effective problem solving to drive improvement
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to influence others, particularly in a unionised environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Highly desirable to have qualifications in Science, Engineering or other related discipline
- Currently undertaking or completed IBD would be highly advantageous
