Team Leader - Morning Shift

Shred-X Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader - Morning Shift to lead our warehouse and production team, overseeing day-to-day production.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on being in the thick of operations, not stuck behind a desk, and who can lead people with confidence to keep things moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with impact in a hands-on role
  • Promote a strong culture of teamwork and accountability, monitoring team performance, attendance, downtime, and morale
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality processes
  • Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean and presentable work environment
  • Work with the State Manager to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Live and lead by our values: Safe, Smart, and Service

What You Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to lead
  • Mechanical understanding of production equipment is advantageous
  • A commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
  • Physical fitness to thrive in a hands-on role
  • A current forklift licence is required
