- $90k + super (Negotiable) working a 38hr week Mon-Fri

This business specialises in the manufacturing and installation of fencing products and are currently looking for a highly motivated, driven, and skilled individual to supervise the factory and take ownership of the day-to-day production requirements.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this role requires you to lead a team of 12-14 people to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Ability to train, lead and mentor a team within the factory
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Produce quality products to ensure full support from sales, office to production
- Coordination and scheduling of manufacturing jobs and assist with deliver schedule

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Exposure within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Current Forklift and Manual vehicle licence
- Must have a white card or be willing to obtain one
- 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a team in a warehouse
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes
- Ability to use hand and power tools with MIG & Arc welding experience
- Interpret work order sheets and drawings

You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve target.
