**About the Opportunity**

As a Administration Officer, reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide exceptional service answering inbound calls for new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing quality customer service to both new and existing RACV, NRMA and RACT Finance customers
- Answering inbound calls in a call centre environment
- Assisting with administrative work involving loans, data entry, data base maintenance, reviewing & reconciling accounts
- Supporting the team, contributing to the growth and expansion of our business

You will have a strong customer service focus with a genuine willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation.

Ideally you will be someone with an attention to detail, a positive mindset and have a passion for achieving success in a team environment.

- Strong focus on customer service
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise
- Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
