Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Consultant who has the desire to exceed customer expectations. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.

**What you will be doing**:
Hit the ground running with this inbound phone-based contact centre position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.
- **Permanent full-time role** - commencing Monday, 14th October 2024.
- **5-week rotational shift roster** - includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts scheduled between the hours for 7.00am - 6.00pm.

Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded.
