**About the Opportunity**
Our Finance Company is a dynamic, fast paced, and fun environment in which to work. We have an exciting opportunity for a Settlement and Support Specialist to join our team to continue to provide a high level of service to our customers. This position is an opportunity to effectively grow our loan portfolio whilst ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Lending Support, you will have strong attention to detail using your existing lending knowledge to uphold the integrity of the business and comply all Direct and Non-Direct business in accordance with RACV Finance policy, Credit legislation and stated loan verifications and approval conditions.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Provide quality customer service to both new and Existing RACV, NRMA and RACT Finance customers.
- Being an active participant within the finance team responsible for achieving team objectives and contributing to the growth of the business by achieving relevant individual KPI’s both behavioural and operational
- Support growth and expansion of our Broker Business.
- Ensure loans are compliant and facilitate settlement.
- Answering phones in a timely manner and helping with enquiries
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Essential - Minimum 2 years in Finance or related automotive industry
- Essential - HSE/VCE equivalent or 3 years recent experience in an autonomous finance role
- Desirable - bachelor’s degree or TAFE Certificate in Banking/Finance/Accounting
- Desirable - 5 Years’ experience within a Finance company or accounting experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Personal Loan credit process and risk assessment
- Sound knowledge of NCCPA, Credit Act, Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act, AML/ CTF/ PEP, and other applicable legislation
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking ability.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, written and verbal.
