As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.

**What you'll do
The Manager - Analytics and Insights will be responsible for overseeing insights delivery across wiq resources in the Everyday Rewards space, and managing a team of Senior and Lead Analysts.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Structure nebulous problem statements and develop hypotheses / issue trees to determine the solution(s).
- Transforming data into actionable insights, creating compelling narratives and providing thought leadership to stakeholders, driving business value.
- Provide line leadership for analysts within the business area, building & fostering a high performing analytics team.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders (tribe leads, squad leads, others) to understand the business needs, contributing to quarterly delivery cycles & roadmaps.

- Observed improvements in business decision-making.
- Voice of team pulse surveys to assess the team culture and satisfaction.Ways of working.

**What you'll bring
**We are looking for an experienced Manager - Analytics & Insights who can provide thought leadership for our business and who can bring strong experience developing & leading a high performing team. Furthermore, demonstrated ability to build high quality stakeholder partnerships to deliver business outcomes and proven experience leveraging analytics to drive business value.
- Extensive experience working in analytics and insights, preferably in a loyalty program context and/or retail/FMCG industries.
- Strong experience in leveraging advanced analytics to drive business value.
- Proven record of leading, building and developing high performing analytics teams.
- Ability to bring structure to nebulous problem statements and develop hypotheses / issue trees to drive insight in a structured way
- Highly proficient in translating complex findings into a compelling narrative, driving business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder influencing & business partnering including the ability to seamlessly navigate diverse stakeholder environments.
- Experience and knowledge of advanced analytical and statistical skills - A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing.Highly proficient in data query and manipulation (advanced level SQL).
