This role will work closely with Product Managers, Editorial, Data Services, Marketing & UX to deliver reporting and automated insights for the business to make timely and fact-based decisions, as well as feeding into more advanced analytics and models.

**What’s the role?**
- Contribute the collection, cleansing, merging and management of customer data from various sources across the business using Data Engineering skills
- Standardise, design and deliver regular reports/datasets/dashboards to track and analyse customer behaviour and KPIs. Effectively responding to analysis and insights requests from product, marketing, sales and editorial teams.
- Create and maintain accurate and insightful tools and dashboards to add value to operational & consumer-centric business initiatives
- Ad hoc data extraction, manipulation & analysis for the purpose of insights and recommendations. Interpret and communicate results from across the datasets as recommendations to internal customers
- Work in multiple competing initiatives from inception to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Troubleshooting to resolve problems whilst working closely with the wider digital, analytics, front end and back end technology teams to ensure all analytics technology functions are effective.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors, agencies, affiliates and partners is required
- Play a key role in driving and supporting our self-service platforms across Digital Delivery, including training internal users in Adobe Analytics

**Who are you?**
- Outstanding data extraction, manipulation and analysis skills
- Intermediate to Advanced level of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, in particular Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Customer Journey
- Intermediate to Advanced level of experience using relational databases and SQL querying in a cloud based environment, preferably Google Big Query and AWS(EC2, Athena, and, S3)
- Experience in R, Python or equivalent
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Google’s Looker studio
- Demonstrated aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification and problem-solving
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision making at all levels
- Proven ability to transform large, complex and raw datasets into clear and actionable insights
- Experience across Nielsen reporting suites preferred but not required
- Ability to analyse large datasets, to identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills (inclusive of pivot tables/graphs etc)
- Understanding of user experience, website usability, development and design processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
