**What you’ll do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (operations, commercial, product, etc.) to leverage insights for optimising the website and app experience.
- Data Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Proactively analyse data to uncover opportunities to enhance web/app conversions, revenue, and engagement across different channels and customer segments.
- Experimentation and Optimisation: Lead experimentation efforts, collaborating with relevant teams to test and implement optimisation strategies that drive business goals.
- Data Integrity and Tool Management: Ensure robust data collection through effective tag management and collaborate with the data implementation team to address any issues. Be proficient in using data analysis and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely).Analytics Advocacy and Leadership: Champion the use of digital analytics across the organisation, provide guidance on measurement techniques, and collaborate with the Retail Analytics team on performance reporting.
**What you’ll bring
- Proven ability to identify and deliver CX and targeting improvements that drive commercial outcomes.
- Proficient with the Google stack, in particular Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficient in data query and manipulation (eg. SQL).
- Sound knowledge of GCP.Sound knowledge of Experimentation tools such as Optimizely.
