The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy, managing content across platforms, and engaging with our online community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the organization is at the forefront of social media innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
