The primary focus of this role will be to partner with the DC leadership team to ensure an effortless and impactful learning and training experience for all new and existing employees, creating learning solutions that enable an efficient, agile workforce ultimately providing premium customer experience. **Reporting directly to the DC Manager your day-to-day duties will include**: - Conduct regular learning needs analysis to identify learning requirements for learning solutions and/or recommendations for improved end-to-end processes. - Create skills matrices for DC roles and design blended learning approaches/pathways to meet the skills requirements. - Work closely with key stakeholders across Milwaukee to develop interactive and engaging learning solutions across the DC, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, site inductions, demonstrations, on-the-job training, observations, and coaching assessments. - Facilitate and implement learning solutions, providing coaching and support to DC leaders as required to ensure learning is embedded - Drive a continuous improvement approach to learning and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Work closely with DC leaders, and with other Learning teams across Milwaukee, including OD & Capability, Service Solutions L&D, and Customer Learning, to ensure best practice learning solutions that reinforce the Milwaukee Way for the DC team. - Actively promote Lean thinking, continuous improvement and learning, Identifying of Waste and Health and Safety. **About YOU** To be successful in this role you will have a previous background in a similar training facilitator role preferably within a fast-paced DC/Warehouse or Manufacturing environment and a passion for learning and development **In addition, you have the following skills/attributes**: - Certificate IV in Training or higher is highly desirable. - Strong design and facilitation of learning & development programs. - Previous experience presenting training programs face to face including site inductions for internal staff and external contractors - Experience working in a FMCG or warehouse environment and experience with automation systems: i.e. GTP (Goods To Person), CUBY, ASRS (Automated Stock Retrieval System) is highly advantageous - Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals and explain conversational and technical concepts. - Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressure. - Enthusiastic and fun. - Organised with a "can-do" attitude.
