**The Opportunity**

Albert Road Clinic, a premier specialist private psychiatric facility, is seeking a **Group Facilitator** to join our General Adult inpatient team on a permanent part-time basis to facilitate therapeutic programs to adult inpatient clients (up to 30 hours per week, day negotiable).
- This group program focuses on skill building informed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
- Group members will be empowered to develop effective coping strategies to improve mental health, foster recovery and achieve a full and meaningful life.
- Each group sessions uses evidence-based techniques: group supportive psychotherapy, skills building and physical movement training.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist with current APHRA registration **OR** a Social Worker with Professional Body Membership who meets the selection criteria below.
- Selection Criteria:_
- Current registration (appropriate to discipline)
- A minimum of 1 year post graduate experience in mental health and group facilitation;
- Training and experience in the CBT and Act modalities;
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines efficiently;
- Ability to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibility;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment;
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to engage and interact with people;
- Commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to adults seeking mental health treatment;
- Commitment to promote and uphold the ‘Ramsay Way’ core values.
