About the Role
As a Facilitator Team Lead in our Team, you will be providing support, development, and leadership to our team of facilitators in the delivery of ANZ Academy programs.
The ANZ Academy is an enterprise-wide learning program with a vision to deliver impactful and consistent capability development offerings at scale, designed to build knowledge, skills and confidence aligned to our critical capability areas of focus at ANZ. Overarching focus areas for this role include day-to-day management and development of the facilitation team (including scheduling and capacity management), leadership of the Train-the-Trainer program, ownership of an Enterprise-wide facilitator community of practice. This role also contributes to stakeholder management, and program design and iteration.

What will your day look like?
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Facilitator Development and support, including people leadership, hire and onboarding of new facilitators.
Design and implementation of Train-the-Trainer processes and programs.
Implementation of continuous feedback programs for facilitators to enhance performance.
Capacity planning and scheduling - collaborating with ANZ Academy Program Lead, Operations Manager and Relationship Manager to provide input into class scheduling and confirmation of facilitation requirements. This may also include assisting with learner communications.
Supporting ANZ Academy Program Lead to consult with key business stakeholders to ensure an appropriate balance of facilitation demand/supply balancing Enterprise and Divisional needs.
Plan, build and manage the ANZ facilitator community of practice.
Learning design support as required, program administration support as required.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Bachelor degree in either Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or Education or the equivalent in significant relevant business experience.
Highly rated facilitation skills in delivering leadership and professional skills learning in large size corporate organisations, in both face-to-face and virtual environments
Utilisation of virtual facilitation tools such as Microsoft Teams, online tools such as Ideaboardz, breakout rooms and whiteboards.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a training or learning and development environment.
Strong project management, commercial acumen, critical thinking and consulting skills..
