The strategic integration of Network Insurance Group and Insurance House is paving the way for one of the most dynamic transformations in the insurance industry. As we bring together two market leaders under the Steadfast Group, we're looking for an exceptional **Training Facilitator** to join our People and Engagement team.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how learning is delivered and embedded across the combined business, serving 60,000 clients and 450 employees.

**About the Role**

From new hire induction to CPD-aligned development, you’ll be instrumental in lifting capability and enabling excellence across the board.

Some of the incredible work you get to do includes:

- Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions
- Leading onboarding experiences that create confident, capable team members
- Developing materials, guides, and eLearning content using adult learning principles
- Maintaining compliance-aligned content in line with regulatory changes
- Partnering with leaders to identify and respond to learning needs
- Supporting broader initiatives like leadership development and mentoring

**About You**

So much about the success of this role comes down to you The following skills, attributes and qualifications will position you well for incredible impact, success and growth in this role:

- Proven experience delivering training in a corporate or insurance setting
- Strong knowledge of general insurance, compliance obligations, and broker operations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A growth mindset and genuine passion for capability building
- Familiarity with LMS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Insurance qualifications (e.g., Tier 1/2 or Diploma in Insurance Broking)
- Experience with Steadfast technology platforms
