Little Real Estate is Australia's largest independently owned real estate business with a strong focus on training and development as facilitated by the Operational Training team.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Manager - Training & Operations Support, this role will see the successful incumbent design, develop and deliver on training programs to ensure optimal business and performance outcomes on a national level. This role partners with Office Managers and Regional Managers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively onboard and up-skill their teams.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and creative individual to do the following:
- Design and develop operational training documents and materials (including videos)
- Work with Office Managers to conduct training needs assessments and determine appropriate courses for new & existing team members
- Collaborate with trainers to plan, schedule and execute on training needs.
- Facilitate the new employee orientation including boot camps
- Track and report on all employee training activities
- Ensure regular training sessions are created and available on Kolmeo/Agentplus/Bricks & Agent/Inspect Real Estate using varies digital platforms
- Train the trainers as needed to drive best practice
- Drive capability and best training practices across LRE

**What we are looking for**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or similar
- Train the Trainer accreditation (desired)
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Previous experience in a training/coaching capacity
- Previous experience in transformational change through learning
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate
- Based near any of our offices on the East Coast of Australia
- Flexibility and ability to travel interstate
- Industry knowledge - Property Management best practice (desired)
- Previous experience in Project Management (desired)
