We’re looking for a **Manager Change & Communication**to shape and lead the way we deliver change across our Tech division.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance, this role will:
- Lead the development and adoption of **change management standards**across Tech initiatives.
- Design and implement **strategic communication plans**that clearly articulate the vision, objectives, and impacts of technology changes.
- Oversee **technology training programs**that build capability and drive adoption of new tools and systems.
- Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Conduct **readiness and impact assessments**, identifying change champions and addressing resistance early.
- Continuously measure and improve change and communication effectiveness.
- Manage a small team of **Digital Content Creators**and **Technology Trainers**, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in delivery.
**About You**
You’re a skilled change and communication leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You bring:
- Experience designing and delivering change and communication strategies for **large-scale technology programs**.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive and board levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with **Agile and hybrid delivery environments**and tools such as PPM, Smartsheet, or Jira Align.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
**Desirable**:Experience in the retail or consumer sector, exposure to enterprise architecture or investment planning, and certifications in change, portfolio, or vendor management.
