We are currently looking for Project Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role provides vital support to a number of projects. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a variety of support tasks as well as general administration and supporting the project team.

The role will be working as part of the Air Combat project team which supports the F35 Joint Strike Fighter.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Manage project documentation
- Inputs into project schedules, finance and controls
- Build relationships with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports as directed
- Minor procurement and purchasing
- Contract management tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- High level attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within Government or Defence (desirable)
- Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a NV1 government security clearance or higher
