Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Project Support Officer on a contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a Project Support Officer to support the project activities within a VDS technical ICT delivery team. They will work with senior leaders and project teams across the program to assist in the planning and delivery of the program. This includes having an excellent organisational skill, and ICT project experience, to support the Project Manager. The ability to work under pressure with short deadlines and a commitment to achieving outcomes through collaborative teamwork.

Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Project coordination, planning and record keeping
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Secretariat, meeting and workshop organisation, and reporting services.

Essential
- Outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to prepare a range of clear and concise written materials including briefs, papers, and minutes etc.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with short deadlines, and a commitment to achieving outcomes through collaborative teamwork.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, and Visio to produce documents, presentations, diagrams, and infographics.
