HR policy writer required for a 9-month contract

**Your new company**

In this 9-month contract you will be working for a NSW state government agency, based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
- To review current HR and Safety Policies and write and review new HR and Safety policies
- Focus on improving existing policies/procedures and developing new ones for HR
- Write and edit technical documents, including reference manuals, policy manuals, and procedural documents such as user guides.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience in policy and procedure writing for HR and WHS
- Previous experience developing HR policies for NSW State government
- High level communication skills and ability to communicate with various levels of leadership and tailor communication style to the audience
