Content Writer needed for a digital transformation project in global beverage company. Hybrid working role.

**Your new company**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Content Writer to join a global beverage company. This role will be a 4-month contract located in Sydney CBD. Hybrid working role.

**Your new role**
- You will contribute and adhere to a project content plan that outlines the deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for creating People Service Delivery related content
- Create and update various types of People Service Delivery content, including knowledge articles, FAQ's, process documentation etc
- Train and support team members and agents in using and maintaining the content management system within ServiceNow
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and guidelines for content measurement, user research, user experience (UX) design, content authoring and publishing
- Support the change management plan in deploying capability across both People & Culture and business stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of HR / People Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow & Kronos
- Cert 4 Training & Assessment or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in UX content design, governance, user research, authoring, publishing and content measurement tools and reporting
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
