We are currently hiring a Content Writer to join our editorial team and ensure the publication of high-quality & accurate, and engaging content in line with the style guides of the publication.

We are actively looking for an Content Writer working remote or in our office in Sydney.

**What you’ll do**:

- Proofreading and overseeing content copy, including checking spelling, syntax, grammar, style, and consistency
- Ensuring all copies have proper voice, context, balance, and clarity and are in line with the editorial strategy
- Writing headlines and captions
- Fact-checking information in articles and stories and ensuring consistency of mechanics as well as internal consistency of facts
- Providing suggestions for edits when needed
- Writing editorial pieces to contribute to the publication

**What you bring**:

- You should have a degree/diploma in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- You have solid prior experience as an editor or journalist.
- You have exceptional writing skills in the relevant language.
- You are organized and have high attention to detail.
- You can deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.

**Salary**: $56,948.04 - $142,307.62 per year
