**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive** is currently seeking a positive, well-presented and customer-focused
**Service**
**Receptionist **with a professional phone manner to join our team at
**Westpoint Star Mercedes Benz** in
**Osborne Park**
**.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department and the rest of the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, and completing general administrative tasks to assist dealership personnel.

This role will provide permanent full-time hours with set overtime required due to the nature of business. Overtime rates for the additional hours. 1 hour lunch breaks included.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:

**You will ideally possess**:

- Professional phone and face-to-face customer service manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
