The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the NSW RFS within our Headquarters facility in Sydney. The role provides administrative assistance through enquiries management, switchboard operation and visitor coordination. The role liaises with members at all levels, including volunteers of the NSW RFS.
- Operating a busy switchboard
- High level customer service environments with impeccable attention to detail and team oriented attitude
- Communicating in a friendly and positive way
