Receptionist/administrator

Answering incoming calls from new and existing clients
- Scheduling attic installations and communicating with suppliers
- Sending invoices and taking deposits
- Providing basic product information in our showroom and entering customer details into our system
- Putting customers in touch with the correct team member to assist them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with a CRM and Apple operating systems desirable, but not essential
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
**Experience**:
