**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused
**Receptionist **with a professional phone manner to join our dynamic team at
**Lynford **in
**Osborne Park**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal and Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, filing and processing of documents and completing general administrative tasks to dealership personnel.

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
