**Job description**

**Before completion of AEI works - Key role is to support leasing team on creating awareness, generate leads, build up confidence, etc**
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online) to build brand awareness, build up stakeholders’ confidence and generate leads
- Sourcing and reaching out to retail associations, councils, etc, on advertising and collaboration opportunities and maximise awareness
- Sourcing for suitable vendors such as PR agencies, digital marketing agencies and working with them to ensure that the proposed campaigns are carried out effectively
- Working with HQ Marketing team and appointed agencies on generating press release and social media shout outs
- Develop and implement Marketing programs for the retail precinct. Administer the Promotion Levy to maximise exposure of the property to the market to attract patrons for the benefit of all tenants. Liaising with tenants on upcoming promotional marketing and media campaigns
- Support leasing team in terms of leasing strategy and also managing tenant relationship
- Working with leasing team on coordinating with tenants on their marketing campaigns
- Strengthen relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including tenants, leasing agents, property valuers and other consultants and coordinate with them to ensure an accurate and timely response to queries and information requests
- Planning events calendar to activate the ground
- Prepare forecasts and budgets to better allocate resources on marketing activities. Provide feedback and input on the allocation of funds for the Marketing budget each financial year.

**Upon commencement of mall operations - Key role is to manage advertising spots within the mall and creating activities to activate the ground. Leasing to support marketing.**
- Develop and implement Marketing programs for the retail precinct. Administer the Promotion Levy to maximise exposure of the property to the market to attract patrons for the benefit of all tenants. Liaising with tenants on upcoming promotional marketing and media campaigns
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing activities (offline and online) such as organising print marketing campaigns and managing advertising space within our property and also attend to tenants’ request for such space.
- Conceptualize, plan and administer parking redemption programs to support key tenants like supermarket, gym, etc and to entice more footfall.
- Coordinating with tenants to support them on marketing campaigns, shoutouts, and foster good Landlord-Tenant relationship
- Coordinate and support the head office Marketing team for the ongoing maintenance and curation of website as well as associated social media content
- Sourcing and reaching out other marketing channels/platforms on advertising and collaboration opportunities and maximise awareness
- Prepare forecasts and budgets to better allocate resources on marketing activities. Provide feedback and input on the allocation of funds for the Marketing budget each financial year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
