About the Company
We have partnered with an international consumer electronics business with a strong reputation for creating high quality technical products. They are highly innovative and are always bringing new products to market based on consumer and industry needs, as well as branch into new business areas. Their products are sold through B2B, mass-retail, specialist and D2C channels and they are a highly respected and well known international brand.
About The Role
- Lead campaign planning and cross-functional alignment to ensure campaigns resonate with different audiences, whilst identifying overlap of target demographics. They will oversee marketing activities across retail, e-commerce, and experiential channels.
- Work closely with the D2C team ensuring brand activities are aligned with the website launch.
- Manage the balance between the B2C (80% of sales and 60% of the marketing budget) and B2B brands within the portfolio.
- Partner with agencies on Instax brand campaigns, digital signage, and promotional initiatives, while directly managing other campaigns and utilising in house capabilities.
- Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, providing both strategic direction and hands-on leadership.
- Deliver impactful product launches, balancing fast-turnaround campaigns and product launches with longer-term strategic objectives.
- Engage in trade shows and industry events to build brand visibility and support commercial objectives with lead generation.
About You
- Solid experience in Consumer Electronics OR FMCG, with proven ability to manage multiple sub-brands and execute diverse go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated progression into a Marketing Manager role, with a track record of executing successful campaigns and managing direct reports.
- Strong grasp of both D2C and B2B marketing, able to bring fresh thinking to more traditional categories.
- Skilled in campaign planning, cross-channel marketing, and creative brand storytelling.
- Hands-on marketer, comfortable working in lean environments, juggling priorities, and driving initiatives without large support teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills, with a precise and thorough approach that reflects FMCG-style training.
