We are looking for a high level Strategic Marketing Manager who has come out of a large corporate and has deep understanding of marketing. They would look after our whole marketing asset portfolio. As well they would understand how to craft our voice for the target market as well as queastioning markets which will feed our strategic direction.

We are a growing business with a board of advisors from large manafcturing / distribution businesses who are directing and advising Aurora. We are on a journey to be 'best in world' at what we do. If you feel you would be able to help, we would love to hear from you.

The job would include: Questioning markets to obtain valuable feedback and insights in Aurora and the pain points of the market itself Finding out opportunities within markets and how to craft our voice and marketing assetts for these markets How to simplify and hone our marketing assetts for greater effectiveness

Input into systems in the business Understanding simplifiation of systems to exponentially increase customer userability

(Not esential): Have contacts to manage our 3D visuals we create for our quotes on sketchup. Setup our whole sketchup warehouse.

You would need to bring a network of marketing contractors who you have worked with before can attend to all the above assetts.

What you will get. Salary package: $100 - 150k PA negotiable.

**Salary**: $109,326.02 - $150,346.96 per year
