- The role YOU can play
- Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within People and Culture, you will be responsible for actively attracting and sourcing technical and values aligned talent within the Data, Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Modern Work, Managed Services and Security communities.
- In addition to owning the recruitment process from end to end, you will also assume P&C responsibilities in helping guide new Crew through their first year with the business and will also have opportunities to contribute towards P&C initiatives to enhance employee experience.-
Our ideal person:The ideal Skills:
- Previous technology recruitment experience either inhouse or agency based
- Strong communication (written and verbal) communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade
- Experience with a variety of sourcing channels and sourcing tools
- Strong content creation skills would be a bonus
- Ability to have fun whilst getting results is essential :)
While the above is ideal, if you have previous success in sourcing/headhunting across other verticals and are looking to break into technology, we’d love to chat as well.
