About the role
- Successful applicants will be required to provide confidential, efficient, and effective client focused administrative support to specialist Consultants, Staff and Patients who utilise the various clinical and non-clinical services within The Prince Charles Hospital.
- It is the purpose of this role to become multi-skilled in a variety of administrative tasks / roles in support of the business requirements of Surgical Services Programs within the facility and therefore must be prepared to accept a job placement consistent with organisational needs.

About you
- Provide confidential and high-level secretarial support including production of high-quality documents and records; enquiry screening and electronic diary management including timely provision of necessary records and documentation as required by the program management team.
- Have the ability to analyse and prioritise issues, establish a course of action and adopt a pro-active attitude with minimum direction.
- Develop procedural guidelines within scope of position to increase efficiency and participate in continual quality improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, procedure and distribute agendas and minutes as required.
- Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
