
Centre Support Officer

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the childcare sector? We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Centre Support Officer to provide essential support to our Centre Directors and Area Managers.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position where we would like someone to start as soon as possible.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- KidSoft Management, provide daily support to Centre Directors and Area Managers:
- Assist with family account queries, audits, and debt management.
- Oversee CCS enrolments and payments.
- Administer Kindy Funding and staff discounts.
- Handle ISS, parent refunds, and other funding-related enquiries.
- Provide general KidSoft support.
- Proven experience in childcare administration, family support, or accounts.
- Skilled in using Childcare Management Software with a strong understanding of CCS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a warm, enthusiastic attitude.
- Compassionate, understanding, and able to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

**Requirements**:
- Willing to obtain Working with Children Checks (QLD, SA, and ACT), if you don’t already have this.
- Ongoing national police checks every six months.
- Full Australian work rights are essential.
Must have childcare and Storypark experience.
