By joining the national customer service team of this progressive national supplier of quality commercial catering equipment, you will provide timely and accurate order processing and high-level customer service to it key clients and national network of dealers. The company is currently embarking on an exciting rebranding program

Working from its inner suburban Brisbane office and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include
- Processing customer sales orders utilizing the Salesforce CRM
- Providing efficient, professional and informed customer service, assisting with customer enquiries and complaints and developing long term customer relationships.

Most likely post-secondary qualified in a business or customer service-related discipline, you will have a successful background in customer service and order processing, preferably in a dynamic national equipment supplier business which uses the Salesforce CRM.

High level communication, IT, including Salesforce CRM, and attention to detail skills are essential along with reliability and a great team and work ethic in the important customer service position.
