Adelaide CBD, Australia Career Boss Full time

Our client has been providing commercial, industrial air conditioning and refrigeration services for over 50 years and is an industry leader within South Australia. They are seeking WHS specialist to join their team at Holden Hill. This is a permanent position ideally suited to someone with experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

**Responsibilities and duty of the role**:

- Reviewing, updating and manage relevant work instructions, work health safety & environmental policies and procedures
- Managing and implementing of Internal Quality, Work health Safety & environmental/document control platform
- Development & implementing of SWMS as required
- Assist in external ISO Certification attainment and periodic audits
- Carry out on-site and in-house quality, safety and environmental audits
- Providing recommendations and estimations for improvement and innovation
- Monitoring, reviewing and implementation of processes attributing to ISO certifications

**Skills & Qualifications required**:

- Knowledge of QHS&E requirements
- Trade industry experience preferred
- Knowledge in safe work practices, WHS&E legislation, and standards
- Able to lead staff in safe work practices
- Provide high level of customer service and follow through with project deliverables
- The ability to work in a team and maintain good time management skills whilst showing a high standard of initiative
