Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver value to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to secure new accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and challenges, and provide solutions to address them
- Provide regular updates to management on account performance and progress towards goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of experience in account management or relevant experience, with a focus on creating and developing customer bonds
- Experience in telecommunications sales is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities

**Salary**: $57,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
