**The opportunity**
Due to an internal promotion, an excellent opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join our small, busy and dynamic HR services team. The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for completing HR processes across the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, employment variations, offboarding). This position requires excellent customer service skills as the first point of contact for employees and managers to resolve first level enquiries on processes or policy.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and administering recruitment, selection, induction, and probation processes in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Establishing, maintaining, and administering records on our digital and manual databases, as well as assisting with reporting and analysis of data for monthly and annual reports.
