**Unite Resourcing** has an immediate requirement for a commercial manager with strong leadership skills and commercial acumen to work across construction projects within a large, EPC environment.

To be considered for this role your career will highlight the following essential criteria:

- Relevant construction degree qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager on a major project in a client facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Advanced understanding of construction contracts and interpretation of construction contracts
- Risk management and identification experience
- Tier 2/3 contractor experience
- A strong understanding of the local, Queensland construction industry.
