**Your new role**
- Assist in the management of programs, including development and management of grant agreements and other procurement activities.
- Provide advice in developing policy and program implementation
- Preparation of policy documents, briefings, letters and other documentation;
- Establish strong internal and external stakeholder relationships;
- Managing staff, including developing and mentoring team members; and
- Contributing positively to team management and corporate responsibilities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Grant and/or project management skills;
- Policy development and implementation
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills;
- Ability to manage change and prioritise; and
- Strong interpersonal skills.
