Key Responsibilities:

- support drafting / developing product determinations (in collaboration with other teams in the branch and internal and external legal areas)
- development of determination process SOPs and support materials
- Other administrative, policy and research tasks to support the team
Skills, Qualifications and Capabilities Required:

- Highly desirable: Legal background and/or experience working with legal areas to prepare legislative instruments and consider legal advice
- Declaration of any real or apparent conflicts of interest and agreement to maintain confidentiality.
