DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor, Key Accounts in Melbourne or Sydney.
The main focus of this role is to support the Sales & Key accounts team - developing & maintaining relationships, account development and contributing to the overall profitability of DSV. This role will be involved in new business enquiries, following up on new business quotes and ensuring this information is captured with the company CRM system.
**Your typical day at DSV**:
- Support the KAM to prepare customer proposals to assigned key accounts or potential accounts
- Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
- Supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets through RFQ support
- Collecting, analysing, evaluating, and accounting the information to increase productivity of sales
- Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development
- Supporting implementation, in line with company blueprint

- Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance and provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability
- Attending QBR’s with KAM’s
- Respond to new business spot quotes requests as required
**About You**:
- Experience in international freight forwarding, with a strong focus on sales coordination and sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer and market dynamics, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse client needs
- Skilled in managing and developing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships that drive business growth
- Sales Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients globally
- Quick to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives
