Commencing immediately, this position would suit experienced office administrators with excellent customer service skills who have worked in a customer service role, phone based. Ideally available for an immediate start - Monday to Friday in Bayswater.
You will be part of a small and committed team responsible for providing a high level of customer service support, assisting with phone inquiries, processing orders, invoicing, reporting and building rapport with customers. resolving queries, and administration assistance.
The Skills You Bring:
- Experience of at least 5 years' in a customer focused / administration role.
- SAP & Excel are a must along with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- You are a positive team member with the ability to multitask
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to work flexibly to meet changing priorities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5
