
Administration and Customer Service

The role is Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensure customer satisfaction and quality of support of a high level
- Liaise with, support and assist external sales queries and requests
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Ensure appropriate and accurate lead times are given to customers for their orders
**Skills required**
- Strong attention to detail and efficient time management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills inc. MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Ability to follow instructions
