**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a National Account Manager to join our Skechers Work team. Reporting to the Brand Manager - Skechers this amazing opportunity has been created to drive the Skechers Work Footwear business across both the SR and Safety toe wholesale space within Australia. The National Account Manager will look at targeting work specialty groups, independent groups, corporations as well as B2B and state contracts in hopes of achieving $5 million in annual sales within 4 years.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Develop new business opportunities, build relationships and offering optimum sales solutions
- Manage communication with accounts and resolve any issues as required
- Monitor and report the sales performance for each customer
- Introduce and promote new products and ranges
- Travelling Nationwide to attend trade shows, service customers and relevant customer events
- Input into new product development

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in account management and developing new business
- Highly organized and comfortable with managing multiple accounts across Australia and the travel it will require
- Opening new accounts and growing the existing ones
- Hitting the Monthly / Yearly Sales and EBIT targets
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Positive and driven attitude with enthusiasm and energy
- Experience with effective sales techniques and relationship building.
