**Job description: **
- Effectively manage customer KPI’s, SLA’s and interactions.
- Develop strong relationships with Brandsec customers through the entire lifecycle journey.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding and post-sale experience.
- Drafting and sending communications to clients about new product and service offerings (value add campaigns) and managing all follow-ups.
- Review of client invoices prior to invoicing period.
- Manage and upsell contract renewals and deal negotiations.
- Work with the Brandsec team conduct DNS and security audits and identify risks within your client’s portfolio.
- Facilitate client order provisioning.
- Work with third-party vendors to deliver key services to clients.
- Handle complaints and concerns.
- Demonstrate the Brandsec portal to existing customers where required.
**Qualifications/Attributes**:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5 years of work experience in lieu of the required qualification.
- Must have 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Must possess solid computer skills including Microsoft Suite plus an aptitude for learning new software such as Hubspot CRM.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with experience in Account Management, Training, and Support.
**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
