Creative Converters is one of Australia’s leading and fastest growing marketing agencies. Our unrivalled talent pool of 2,000 creators and creativity as well as our fun and collaborative culture sets us apart.
Our team of talent managers, videographers, copywriters and media buyers are some of the most creative people you will work with. They generate genius ideas for content and then turn it into social media campaigns that convert for our clients.
Due to recent growth in new clients, we are looking for a Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will take ownership of your clients from end to end and ensure their campaigns are a success.
Your day might include a few client review calls, planning a new client strategy, liaising with your media buyer, helping our Sales Director with pitch ideas for a potential new client and checking in with your team. Followed by spontaneous brainstorm for a new TikTok campaign and then some karaoke in our state of the art acoustic studio.
We take getting results for our clients very seriously, but believe it’s important to have fun doing it.
**Responsibilities**
- Taking ownership of your clients and their accounts success
- Onboarding new clients
- Building strong relationships with your clients
- Creating strategies for clients
- Project managing client campaigns
- Collaborate with our sales, media buying, creative and talent teams
- Reporting results to clients
- Upselling new services to clients
- Leading your account team
- Mentoring account managers
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3+ years experience working for an agency or in house marketing role
- Experience working in account management and growing brands on social media
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Highly organised
- Team player that likes to collaborate
- Thribe in a fast paced, always changing environment
- Team leadership experience - nice to have
- LOVES TIKTOK

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
