As the domenstic supply chain expert, you will be the strategic partner to a group of high value customers delivering mutually beneficial commercial logistic outcomes. Leveraging your naturally curious style to understand customer challenges, you will develop appropriate solutions that solidifies your organisation as a valued extension of each customers operations. You will engage your multifaceted and executive level customer contact base to identify opportunities for revenue growth and use your enhanced strategic capabilities to manage a diverse mix of accounts.

Responsibilities include
- Enhance customer partnerships through strategic account management initiatives
- Build deep relationships in person across multiple points of contacts with each customer
- Create strategic solutions through intimate understanding of customer strategies
- Ensure detailed delivery of customer SLAs are exceed
- Deliver outcomes that ensure increased share of customer spend
