**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT delivery projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, establishing agendas, and taking minutes/actions from project meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive issue and risk logs to ensure project transparency and effectiveness.
- Assist in manual data migration processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide support for training administration activities, including scheduling and monitoring attendance.
- Utilize MS Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, to facilitate communication and documentation.
- Employ MS Project or other reporting tools (e.g., Zeno) for project tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to project financial management, including budget tracking and reporting on project expenditures versus forecasts.
- Prepare various project reports, including status updates and contributions to steering committee packs.
**Mandatory Qualifications**:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing project coordination services on ICT delivery projects.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience in providing project coordination services across multiple concurrent projects within a program of work.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proven experience in scheduling project activities and documenting meeting proceedings.
- Strong ability to maintain comprehensive issue and risk documentation.
- Experience with complex data entry and manual data migration tasks.
- Familiarity with training administration, including attendance management.
- Experience with project management software (such as MS Project or Zeno) is preferred.
- Knowledge of government services environments, particularly within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial management principles, including budget tracking and reporting on project financials, is a plus.
- Experience in project reporting, including developing status reports and updates to project schedules.
