As an Enterprise Controls Advisor, you will join a high performing team and work closely with senior stakeholders.

**Your new role**

As an Enterprise Controls Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Assist in the completion, maintenance and enhancing of the banks Controls Assurance Policy
- Review and test the design and operating effectiveness of controls across the organisation to identify potential risks and control gaps.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and control frameworks and provide guidance on best practices for control design and implementation.
- Provide support to incident management oversight and support the business to identify, report and resolve incidents including any regulatory breaches.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience within Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk related roles, ideally in the Line 1 capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks
- Banking experience ideal but not mandatory
