Our Perth office is based in Osborne Park.Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, an Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the management of outcomes within a geographical territory, in the Perth metropolitan area.

**About you**

This role is a part of a fast-paced service industry business that ideally requires the successful applicant to have good cleaning or building services knowledge. Whilst this is not essential, it is desirable, along with the criteria outlined below.You will be a key member of a diverse and inclusive operations team and integral to its continuing success.You should:Be well organised, confident, and able to work to tight time frames.

Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Have good interpersonal skills.
Have experience in managing staff, with support from the Manager, HR, Risk, Training and Administrative teams.
Be able to work as part of a team, and have the ability to operate autonomously
Demonstrate a proven ability to work with a diverse existing client base and build lasting relationships.
Have a positive, can -do, attitude.
Be able to react and think ‘on your feet’ when required.
Have a passion to progress within a dynamic team environment.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience, all expenses paid company vehicle, phone and laptop are provided as part of this role.Please respond with CV and a brief summary of how your skillset responds to the above criteria.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
